Marketing Success: Central Library Arena Event Exceeds Expectations
Our marketing efforts garnered participation from community book clubs, libraries, universities, and many book aficionado groups.
We met the event target of 400 ticket sales within the first 8 hours of opening the ticketing portal. The waitlist grew to over 1,000 participants, which encouraged AFPLF to partially open the waitlist growing the ticket sales to 1200 participants. We were able to sell out the tickets AND increase their email list for all future events and news announcements.
